Camilla Skye (b.1990, Denmark) is a multidisciplinary artist working in painting, drawing and photography. Her work is currently exploring the landscapes she observes on her travels around south east Asia and Australia, while interpreting the emotions and moods arising when submerged in nature. As a visual artist, I traverse the realms of painting and drawing, while using both memory and photographs taken from observed natural landscapes, weaving these elements together to explore the intricate tapestry of Mother Nature. Through my practice, I strive to evoke a sense of wonder, mystery and reverence for the world around us. Each stroke of paint, each line drawn, is an ode to the majesty of nature and an invitation to pause, reflect, and find solace in its timeless embrace.
