I’m a visual artist based in Cork City, Ireland. Since graduating with honours in Print & Contemporary Practice from Limerick School of Art & Design (BA 2016) I received Cork Printmakers Studio Bursary Award(2016). I undertook a three‐month, Arts Council funded residency at Rimbun Dahan Arts Centre, Malaysia (2022). I've had solo exhibitions in Cork Printmakers Studio Gallery (2018), Hang Tough Gallery Dublin (2021), The Lord Mayor's Pavilion Cork (2022) and SO Fine Art Editions Dublin (2023). I am a member of Cork Printmakers, the National Sculpture Factory and a studio holder at Sample Studios. My work has been acquired by prestigious collections including the OPW and the Crawford Art Gallery.

"My practice encompasses printmaking, drawing, and ceramics to explore the contemporary need for escapism in response to the mundanity of everyday life. Over time, it has evolved into a visual exploration of the ephemeral nature of existence, offering glimpses into multidimensional landscapes of imagination and storytelling. I am increasingly drawn to themes of escapism and imagination as a response to life’s challenges and personal experiences. My work incorporates dreamlike imagery and written reflections on personal struggles, including the broader societal issue of individuals being “locked out” due to the ongoing housing crisis. This reflects the frustrations of adulthood and the struggle for independence, where the dream of owning a home or starting a family feels increasingly unattainable. In this context, my work serves as both an outlet and a form of therapy, helping me navigate the current frustrations of adulthood, where even basic independence feels out of reach. It is a deeply personal reflection of ambition, resilience, and longing."
